Home visit (strongly recommended if possible): $25 for 45 minutes, $10 for every 30 minutes or part thereof after that (however, there may be an additional charge for transportation costs, depending on your location)
Phone consult: $10 every 30 minutes or part thereof (however, if there are long-distance charges, you're responsible for them)
Email consult: varies, but roughly $10 for every 30 minutes spent reading and replying
Written report to your vet: $5-10, written consent required
Written report to your vet if referred by him/her (in writing or by phone): Free, done automatically
